- Keys - Renters
will be given location and code for a lockbox after final
check is received. You will receive two sets of keys.
You will be responsible for lost keys. The house must
be rekeyed in the event that keys are lost, misplaced, or
not returned. The guests will be responsible for the cost
of this procedure.
- Payment policy - First
night's deposit due within 7 days of booking.
Full balance due two weeks before arrival. If there are any questions or concerns
please call.
